Southbrook offers a caring, supportive and friendly environment for its volunteers. Having spent so much time at the retirement home I can confidently describe my experience as being nothing short of incredible. I made great friends, developed many valuable life skills and most importantly, I always left with a good feeling and a smile. Altogether, this is what makes Southbrook so special to me and to the community of Brampton.

My mother has been living at Southbrook for four years. It was a big change for her and we worried that she might not care for it, but with the warm welcome and all the help she received mom soon felt at home. The past four years have been a very good experience, it’s a piece of mind knowing your loved one is in caring hands. The staff at Southbrook have all been wonderful to my mother and I would like to thank each and every one of them.

Among the many amenities my wife and I enjoy living at Southbrook are the games and entertainment. There is always something to do. As president of the Resident’s Association, I’ve got to know many of the residents and I have never heard anyone say they didn’t like it here or they would prefer to live elsewhere.  The atmosphere here at Southbrook is warm and family like, and the facility is bright, clean and cherry. All due, I’m sure, to a very kind and yet professional management team. As a senior, I find the services to be first class. It’s a great place to live!

Dear Sharon,
Over the past several years I have thought countless times you and the great kindness and generosity you extended to our family. Without your help it is difficult to imagine how we could have managed. Above all I wish to thank you and the wonderful staff at Southbrook for the genuine tender care you gave to our aunt Blanche. She was always reassuring us that she was looked after in the best possible ways and that she was happy. We will always be indebted to Southbrook for the love and gentle care you gave to our Blanche.
